Manufactured Home Construction Phases
Understanding the phases of construction gives you confidence from the moment you choose your land to the day you move into your new home. At Freedom Homes of Tyler, we walk with you through every step, keeping the process simple, organized, and stress-free.
It all starts with the groundwork—site visit, title work, appraisal, and survey (if needed), along with permits and septic testing when required. From there, we move into grading and site preparation to ensure your land is level, stable, and ready for your home.
Next, the foundation is installed and inspected according to state and county requirements. Once approved, your home is delivered, set, and finished on-site—bringing everything together right where it belongs.
After the home is in place, we complete utility connections, including well and septic or city water and sewer, along with electrical service to power your home. Exterior finishing follows with decks, steps, and skirting or blocking to complete the setup.
We wrap things up with a full site clean-up, leaving your property neat and move-in ready. If financing is involved, a final lender inspection is completed, followed by your Welcome Home Orientation—where you’ll learn everything you need to know about your new home.
Every homesite is a little different depending on location, permits, and land conditions, but this proven process keeps everything on track—ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency from start to finish.
If you’re ready for a smooth, professionally managed home installation experience in Texas, Freedom Homes of Tyler delivers—from dirt to done.
